		<description>I'm wondering if Arizona DES unemployment checks will cease with no budget.  My guess would be yes.  People can live without police but they will have a harder time with no unemployment check.  
Second I wonder if the police will continue to blithely continue arresting people for cannabis possession.  Sadly I imagine the answer is that the government will deem this an "essential" service.</description>
